- We deliver within west Malaysia.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on weather conditions, traffic, or other unforeseen factors.
- Shipping times vary depending on the product. Some items ship the next day, while others may take up to 5 business days for processing. Please refer to individual product pages for specific details.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available at the delivery address. If no one is available, flowers may be left in a secure location.
4. Substitutions
- Due to seasonal availability, certain flowers or containers may not always be available. We reserve the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value without prior notice.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
- Since our products are freshly harvested after your order, cancellations cannot be accepted once the harvesting process has begun. For cancellations due to changes or any other modifications to your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing the order. We will process cancellations accordingly under these conditions.
- As our products are fresh flowers, we cannot offer refunds or replacements due to delays or handling during delivery. However, if the flowers arrive damaged within two days of shipping, please contact us with photos, and we will provide a refund or replacement.
