Shipping policy

  • We deliver within west Malaysia.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on weather conditions, traffic, or other unforeseen factors.
  • Most customers receive their parcels within two days; however, we cannot guarantee the exact arrival date, as it depends on the courier's schedule. We expect deliveries to arrive within four days. If delivery takes longer than four days, please notify us via email (nowhereland1976@gmail.com), and we will arrange for the refund.
  • Shipping times vary depending on the product. Some items ship the next day, while others may take up to 5 business days for processing. Please refer to individual product pages for specific details.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available at the delivery address. If no one is available, flowers may be left in a secure location.
