To keep the flower fresh longer :

- Trim the stem diagonally from the bottom 2~3cm and soak into the water daily or once in two days
- Change water daily
- Avoid direct sunlight

Our Gerberas can stay about 7-10 days with good care.

- All images are illustration purpose only. 
Though we exercise extreme caution in the packaging to avoid any damage while shipping, scars or any decomposition of flowers are common.  Any damages caused by late delivery (more than 4 days) will NOT be COMPENSATED.

**In case the courier is delayed more than two days, it might affect to the flower's freshness.
Here is the tips for how to "revive" the flower again.

- Prepare the bathtub / container which is bigger than the flower size
- Fill in the water to the bathtub / container
- Put whole flower into it for more than 3-4 hours

Delivery takes 2-4days and many customers receive it within 2 days.  But we can’t 100% guarantee about when
it reach because it’s courier side control.
Even if it doesn't reach to you on time, as those are fresh flowers,
it's non-refundable.
