To keep the flower fresh longer :

- Trim the stem diagonally from the bottom 2~3cm and soak into the water daily or once in two days
- Change water daily
- Avoid direct sunlight

Our Gerberas can stay about 7-10 days with good care.

If delivery delays (over 4 days) result in confirmed damage upon arrival, refunds will be provided once verified with photos taken at delivery.

**In case the courier is delayed more than two days, it might affect to the flower's freshness.
Here is the tips for how to "revive" the flower again.

- Prepare the bathtub / container which is bigger than the flower size
- Fill in the water to the bathtub / container
- Put whole flower into it for more than 3-4 hours

Delivery takes 2-4days and many customers receive it within 2 days.  But we can’t 100% guarantee about when
it reach because it’s courier side control.
Even if it doesn't reach to you on time, as those are fresh flowers,
it's non-refundable.
